It really depends on your purpose.
Let's say your purpose was to inform about different stages in life at which people do indeed deny reality. You might start with a teenage situation, then early career life situation, then a mid-life crisis situation, and finally an end life situation. Introduce your conclusion with discussion that proves a life can be wasted if reality is not taken seriously. Use some rhetorical questions about what could have been done differently. Completely conclude with encouragements to your audience to take the time they have at each stage seriously.
Your purpose could go in many different directions. I hope you get some entirely different ideas from many editors.
